It is also served as a soup, with fish, but it is much denser and stronger than the chilcano. Absolutely perfect for the winter. Great place for lunch on the weekends, they make amazing chupes and though I haven't tried them, their chilcanos must be great as well (since pretty much everything on the menu is - try the shellfish rissotto, it's a must).
