I’m traveling next week to the U.S. too, but for 6 weeks! I’m with ya on goal number two! I’m avoiding soda since all weight loss in the past for me up there has been to nix the caffeine & sodium!

How lucky that you could get away for that long. Now that I’m here (just arrived last night), I have to admit that things are more comfortable in the U.S. People drive in their lanes, the roads are smooth and all stuff you want is at your fingertips.
