Ward, we noticed that many of the leaders did strange things with their hands while wearing the ponchos. I think it’s because you have to kind of flip the poncho’s edge out of the way if you want to wave, which is what they had the presidents doing for the group photo.

Some of the presidents kind of flapped their arms under their ponchos, like birds about to take off.

el fotografo takes great pictures. this one had me laughing so hard i almost fell off my chair. i have not seen this in the u.s., you guys are hilarious. by the way, you must check out the picture i took of bush in peru.
