You're right. I'll correct it. I associate Vancouver w/Canada, so I mistakenly thought the ruling applied to Canada. Since you're from Clark County -- did you hear about the story from anyone you know in your home city? It seems like the judge really wanted to send a message to the skaters there. I wouldn't have noticed but it says "Clark County" and that's most definitely the name of the county that Vancouver, WA, USA is in...which happens to by my home town... apparently some real bright kids come from my good old city...
